CARLOS

Carlos immigrated from the Philippines when he was a boy and came to America speaking no English and understanding very little of our customs. However, Carlos is an energetic self-starter, who taught himself perfect English, built his own house, and opened his own successful business.

And while he adapted seamlessly to a new world of customs and language, he still holds his Filipino culture dear to his heart and has taught it to his children.


Second, to his family, Carlos is most proud of his martial arts abilities. A Taekwondo Grand Master, President of the American Taekwondo Association, and Filipino stick fighting, Eskrima, Grand Master.
